Across the UK
Most of what we make is shot somewhere other than Bristol or London. Recent commercials have taken us to Birmingham for Smyths Toys and Vax, to Brighton for Blue Lock, and back to Cardiff and Wales, where the company's founders trained and first met. In between are the farms, factories, offices, schools and hospitals where most of our clients' stories actually happen. Every shoot is planned from the location outwards, so a day at the far end of the country is costed and crewed as carefully as a day at the end of our road.
Abroad
When the story is somewhere else, we go there. We filmed Sangita's Story for FRANK Water in rural India, and this year's shoots include Beijing and Brazil. We travel with a small core crew and hire trusted local crew, fixers and translators on the ground, which keeps the cost sensible and the footage honest, and we handle the paperwork that comes with taking kit and people across borders.
