Most visual effects work is invisible: a sky replaced, a logo removed, a product made to move as the script demands, a crowd of twenty made to look like two hundred. Some of it is the whole idea, walking on fire or through the eye of a needle. Either way it is planned on set rather than rescued afterwards, so the shoot captures what the compositing needs.
We combine CGI, compositing and motion graphics to broadcast standard, and we plan the effects with the director at script stage so the budget goes on the shots that matter. Below, films where the effects carried the idea.
